Child Care
Childcare is a program of before and after school care for children to remain in the safe, secure, and familiar environment of their school while enjoying activities such as arts, crafts, indoor/outdoor games, and movies.
The goal of the Child Care Program is to provide a healthy and secure environment for children in Terrebonne Parish before and after school. It is the intent of the program to provide a structured atmosphere which will afford each child an opportunity to enhance his intellectual, personal, social, and physical development. We believe that it is the responsibility of Child Care to facilitate successful experiences which will promote a positive self-concept and generate an attitude of mutual respect and cooperation.
Drop Off/Pick Up times for Broadmoor are:
Drop Off = starting at 7:00 a.m.
Pick-Up = by 6:00 p.m.
Late Fees
Weekly Payment:
- An additional fee of $10 per day will be charged when payments are not made in advance or by the Monday or first day of the week the child/children attend.
Pick-Up:
Students picked up after 6:00 p.m. will pay the following late fees:
- $10 within the first fifteen minutes
- $5 each additional five minutes after that.
NSF Checks:
- A $25 charge will be assessed for all NSF checks. After the second NSF check all future fees must be paid in cash.
Registration and Fees
Registration:
- There is a one-time $20 fee for each student enrolled in child care.
- All children participating in child care must be registered and pay this fee.
Child Care fees:
- Full Time (morning and afternoon) = $30 per week/child
- A.M. only = $20 per week/child
- P.M. only = $25 per week/child
- Drop-In = $10 per day/child for morning or afternoon or both
All fees are non-refundable. No refunds if absent. If a child no longer attends child care and has pre-paid tuition, a refund will be given at the request of the parent.
